A-1 Cleaning and Restoration has a drying time of three days. No matter the size of home, we will get in there and get your home dry within those three days.

All equipment used by A-1 is state of the art. This will not run your power bill up. But in the event it does, A-1 will take care of the overage.

If the homeowner is insured, we will direct bill the invoice to the insurance agency. In some cases, the insurance agency will provide a two-party check. In this case, the homeowner will have to sign the check and submit it to A-1

We have a 16000 sq ft climate control content facility. We will provide the labor, boxes, and transportation of the home items. When it is time to return your property A-1 will transport and unpack items, at customer’s request.

Yes, A-1 will travel anywhere within the United States
